Over the years, we have produced multiple briefs for the OCPM on various topics related to the development of Montreal. Topics that would -and still do- have a huge impact on the future of the city.

A mixture of research, analysis, content creation, high-level graphic design and simplification of urban planning issues, we were able to put the various skills of our team to work to produce these briefs. This also included presentation material during the hearings and support in public speaking during the public sessions.

In a nutshell: we were closely involved with several large-scale consultations, including Bridge-Bonaventure, the PPU des Faubourgs, Île-des-Soeurs, the Règlement pour une metropole mixte and even for the extension of the STM’s blue metro line in the East end.

To have created so much content and research related to urban planning and having the ability to scrutinize very specific issues in urban development now gives us a 360-degree vision during our own public consultations, a view that few facilitators or animators can boast of having.
