C2 Montréal

COLŌKIA is the result of the expertise that we have developed in the field of stakeholder management and social acceptability over the years. Since 2014 (and even before), we have worked very closely on major real estate projects for clients such as MACH, Quartier des Lumières, Broccolini, Ivanhoé Cambridge and Cogir.

That said, our interest in public participation is also fueled by another of our unique expertise, namely our ability to lead co-creation workshops with large groups of people, a skill we have acquired while working in facilitation with C2 Montréal.

C2 workshops are indeed an incredible and fun way to assimilate serious content from top experts in their field. It’s a unique technique of animation and workshop design. A unique touch that we add to our public participation practice. Over the years, Eric Barbeau has indeed collaborated with extraordinary companies such as Aldo, Michelin, Frank & Oak, Influential, RISE_Kombucha, Goodeeworld, Real Ventures and the Bronfman Foundation as part of the C2 and Movin’on conferences.

We have really developed a passion for design thinking (more specifically for design sprints) and creative workshops facilitation for large groups of participants. It’s safe to say that we are part of a rather select network of experts (and friends) who know how to create and lead live collaborative experiences for a few hundred people at a time.

Thanks to our know-how in urban development and our tact in managing difficult issues, we manage to bring together people who may have different interests and come up with the best solution for the common good. This can be particularly useful in good neighbor committees and public consultations.
