AUTHORISATION | IMAGE RIGHTS

By signing this document, you authorize COLOKIA PUBLIC PARTICIPATION INC. and its beneficiaries to fix and reproduce your image as well as to modify and use it under the said conditions below:

• Distribution may be done on all currently known and future types of media, in particular but not withstanding written, visual, audio-visual and electronic media, including the Internet. And this, whether for advertising, promotional or informational purposes;
• The broadcast may be for private or public use;
• The assignment of image rights is valid from the signing of the said form until the websites and / or any other advertising, promotional and informational material will be active;
• This transfer is made free of charge. The signatory will not be able to request a posteriori remuneration for the use of his image according to the clauses of this form.
